Shipping policy
TURNAROUND TIME
The majority of orders containing items listed as “In Stock” will ship the same day if placed on a weekday before 12PM SAST. Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) may need additional processing time. Items listed as “On Order” or “Out of Stock” typically ship by the estimated ship date listed on the product page If available. These estimated dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change periodically. Our customer service representatives monitor backorders on a daily basis to ensure your order ships as soon as possible. Free truck freight shipping (when available) is to the closest Terminal. There might be extra charges for delivery to your residence and some parts may require additional handling charges due to size or weight.
TRANSIT TIMES
The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected. Expedited shipping is guaranteed on 'In Stock' products only. Drop Ships and non stock items will ship out as soon as they become available. When selecting the shipping method for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days. Business days are defined as Sunday through Thursday, with the exception of holidays observed by the selected parcel carrier. For specific delivery estimates, you can usually find detailed information on the carrier’s website or you can also contact one of our customer service representatives for specific details.
If you provide an apartment address as your ship to destination, this is at your own risk. 4 Wheel Station will not be liable for loss or theft. Expedited shipping is not guaranteed as unforeseen circumstances may occur.
OUT-OF-STOCK ORDERS
If an order is placed for a product that is labeled “On Order” or “Out of Stock”, we will keep your order in our system and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. 4 Wheel Station reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner. Orders are normally only split automatically if both orders qualify for free shipping. If you wish to split your order voluntarily due to an out of stock item, please notify our customer service department and be aware that additional shipping charges may apply if both shipments do not qualify for free shipping.
BILLING / SHIPPING ADDRESSES
If you wish to have your item(s) shipped to an address other than your billing address, please be aware that your order may require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays. We recommend allowing extra time for order fulfillment when shipping to an alternate address. If you have any questions about your order verification please feel free to contact our customer service department. Free truck freight shipping (when available) is to the closest Terminal. There is an extra charge for delivery to your residence and some parts may require additional handling charges due to size or weight.
4 Wheel Station DOES NOT ship to a PO Box or APO Address.
DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT
If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. 4 Wheel Station is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence. If you provide an apartment address as your ship to destination, this is at your own risk. 4 Wheel Station will not be liable for loss or theft.
TRACKING NUMBERS
Tracking numbers will typically be emailed once an order has been processed and shipped. However, in some events an item is not “In Stock”, 4 Wheel Station® may choose to have it shipped directly from the manufacturer so that it can be delivered to you as quickly as possible. In this event, a tracking number will not be provided but if one is needed, we would be more than happy to obtain one upon request.
FREE Shipping Policy
To qualify for FREE shipping the parts on an individual order must meet a combined total value of 5,000 SAR or more. Free shipping will be automatically applied during checkout to addresses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. International orders will be quoted shipping charges during checkout.
Oversized Shipments: Certain oversized items require additional handling charges due to their extreme size, weight or because they are delivered by truck freight. Some of those items may include wheels, tires, full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body tubs, hard tops, cargo racks, awnings and tents. Any additional charges will be shown during checkout.
Prior purchases and returns do not qualify.
