Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Oversize items will require a shipping quote. Please contact us to get pricing on shipping oversize items.

Under normal circumstances, order deliveries will take the following:

1-7 business days within KSA. depending on delivery location.

7-20 business days for international orders depending on delivery location.

Delivery details will be provided to you in an email.

We use DHL, SMSA Express, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to these countries:

Cuba (BIS).
Iran (OFAC).
North Korea (BIS).
Syria (BIS).

We DO NOT ship orders to a PO BOX Address.

We do both. Most items will be shipped to you directly from one of our 3 warehouses. Some items may be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, also known as drop shipping.

Orders received will be shipped in most cases on the next business day for in stock items.

We do our best to ensure accurate lead times, however lead times are an estimated timeline of shipping from the manufacturer. In many cases we have no control over logistics from manufacturer to delivery location.

Since we are international distributors for most of our brands, we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes, however, an item will be in short supply.

We'll contact you for lead-times and updates regarding your order in a timely manner.

To qualify for FREE shipping the parts on an individual order must meet a combined total value of 5,000 SAR or more. Free shipping will be automatically applied during checkout to addresses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. International orders will be quoted shipping charges during checkout.

Oversized Shipments: Certain oversized items require additional handling charges due to their extreme size, weight or because they are delivered by truck freight. Some of those items may include wheels, tires, full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body tubs, hard tops, cargo racks, awnings and tents. Any additional charges will be shown during checkout.
Prior purchases and returns do not qualify.

We accept Visa, Master Card and Mada.

All orders are charged at the time of ordering.

If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email to websales@4wheelstation.com explaining what you wish to change. Please reference your order number.

If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.


All returns require prior authorization. 4 Wheel Station will only accept new, unopened items for return. We are unable to accept ANY electrical item, including lights for return, NO EXCEPTIONS. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from 4 Wheel Station within 7 Days of receiving your merchandise in order to receive a refund. Any return after 7 days will be eligible for an in-store credit. No return received after 30 days will be accepted. If the item you ordered was in stock at the time you placed your order, chances are you will not be able to cancel your order after you've placed it. Our system sends that order immediately to ship. If your order isn't in stock and hasn't shipped, please email websales@4wheelstation.com.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, and you will need to begin our RMA process by emailing websales@4wheelstation.com to have the item returned. NO CANCELLATIONS on International orders.

We do our very best to offer you the lowest price on our products. However, things like international logistics, insurance, customs fees and transportation do affect the prices of products.

Currently we are not price matching.

All parts are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees.

Orders shipped within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be charged local VAT against sale.

Orders shipped outside KSA WILL NOT be charged VATs against online sales that are shipped through us.

We don't know your country's regulations. If there are fees for import into your country which would include customs TAX and/or VAT. You will need to pay these fees along with any other fees associated with import.

If you have a coupon, you may redeem it in your shopping cart. Simply enter the coupon code and hit (Apply). You will see the discount amount deducted from your total amount on qualified items.
