Before we released the Ultimate Valves, we introduced our Permanent Valves. They are now intended for deeply recessed valve stem holes, where the Ultimate Valves may not fit. They can be installed at home, from the outside of the wheel, without tire removal, in about 1 minute. You will need to tighten them down with a 1/2" socket or wrench.
